Need more cardio
Ive slacked on cardio this week, but have been crushing upper body workouts. Ive upped the daily amount of pushups to 150. I've doubled the amount of consecutive pushups I can do. Next week I'll raise the bar to 200 pushups daily. Laugh al you want about the pushup thing, but I am getting cut.
Ordinary Course
Business as usual in the world of getting jacked like a mofo. Ran outside for 30 mins and then threw around some lbs with the Big Sexy.

Name Change
Mr. Blog Administrator, please change the name of this blog to Front Range Badasses. I, of course, crushed it this morning. But that's what we do here on the Front Range.
