Crushed it!

Crushed it out this morning, as per usual.

Cardio:

  • 3.25 miles on the tred (speed intervals)

Lift:
  • DB Bench, LAT pull-downs, Flys, single arm pulley rows, lunges, single leg curl, single leg extension, single calf press, single leg press
