Two Workouts in 12 hours...Not to Shabby

Hit the plates with Huck this morning. I guess its a good thing that I had trouble washing my hair because my arms were so tired. Hope everyone finds time to hit the gym today.

Weigh in: 243

Cardio:

  • 3.25 miles on the tred (last mile with speed intervals)
  • Carolina 200s, I cant wait to dunk on fools

Plates:

  • 30s (hig rep biceps), DB shoulder press, FLUs, seated Preacher curls, bar pulley curls, rope press downs, concentrated bicep curls, Skull crushers

Went up in weigh this week...definitely feeling it.


This is how I feel...because I am getting YOLKED!!!!!
