- Carolina 200s, I cant wait to dunk on fools
Plates:
- 30s (hig rep biceps), DB shoulder press, FLUs, seated Preacher curls, bar pulley curls, rope press downs, concentrated bicep curls, Skull crushers
Went up in weigh this week...definitely feeling it.
This is how I feel...because I am getting YOLKED!!!!!
