Lighter Day

I'm down 2 pounds as well. 20 mins of cardio today... I'm shooting for 50 situps tonight, I'm tired.
Hey guys,
I had too much work last night to take time to post. Yesterday AM I was down 2 more pounds (total of 4). Last night did weights, 40 minutes of cross country skiing, 25 situps. I lost two more pounds this morning (total of 6) and tonight only did 24 minutes of cross country ski, weights and 25 situps.

Hey John, I'm impressed with 100 pushups. I could not push this body up 100 times (but will be able to by July!)

So glad I worked out first thing this am. Time to drink some beers.
Arms, Back, Shoulders, Legs (whatever a gimp is allowed to do), and Chest.

Crushed it out this morning with Huckleberry! Man pretty soon we are going to need to get out to the train yard and start lifting freight cars. Just not enough weights in the gym to accommodate such bad asses.

Nighty night, jacked cupcake out

100 pushups completed. Did fine until 80, the last 20 kicked my butt. Tomorrow i'll try to hit the gym at lunch. If not it looks like I have lots of sit ups tomorrow night.

Anyone heard from John or Snate Diggity? I was thinking this was going to be an off day since I didn't have to meet Big Sexy and the gym this morning, but after looking at the scale and being down 4.5lbs, I think I might hit the row machine this afternoon for 20 minutes or so and then do some abs.
Nice work dad! Maybe you should all get matching banana hamocks for race day. Get the color that matches your kayaks.
