So I met Huck this mornging to crush plates. I was feeling like crap all workout, but got it done...when I got home I puked my guts out. I thought I was going to die.
Either way, this is how we do it:

- 3 miles on the tred (1 mile of high speed interval)
- Carolina 200's (which you really regret when you are praying to the porcelain gods...
Lift: Biceps, triceps and shoulders
- 30s (hi rep light weight curls), shoulder press, upright rows, standing curls, single strap pull downs, machine biceps, machine tricepts.
O, and by the way you guys should have seen Tim slinging game at the gym. This little biscuit came up to him and asked him to spot her. Ladies watch out...the Huck is in the house!!!
Saturday Workout
Hit the gym with Big Sexy who crushed plates despite being sick (puked his brains out when he got home though...). 30 mins on the arc trainer, Carolina medicine ball workout, Shoulders and arms. Hope those doncos do better than my Heels did today...

Late Workout
Was able to take a 45 minute break from work to hit the gym tonight. No fun without the Big Seaaxy though. Probably a waste of time though, because as soon as I get home I'm drinking enough beers to offset the benefit. Where the hell is SN8Diggity? Haven't heard from the frosty cupcake in a while either.
Light Cardio
30 minutes bike, 20 minutes row....barely broke a sweat....light for me today boys and this weekend all I'm gonna do is snow shoe a bit.

Bad day...
No workout...Called my boss a fucking asshole...still working. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
house work out
Did a workout at the house with Tonya pumping me up! I did 75 push ups, 110 situps, and 50 throw downs. Will join the rec on saturday to start lifting and cardio.

No cardio for me today....sprained right angle to go along with a bum knee. Time to rest the legs for a few days. I did hit me up some plates though:
bench, hammer curls, seated row, rope pull down (tris), front lat DB, side late DB, two arm curls, skull crushers, one arm tri pull down, Rota-tor cuff curls, one arm pull up curls and abs.
Hey CO boys....why don't you come down to Casa de la Fete North Sat night to watch the donkeys beat up on Brady and the NE pansies? beers burgers and a trip to the conference championship?

Kiss my ass
I know you guys were worried about snatediggs. Don't worry I weighed myself in at 228 and ready to woop some ass. Bring it on mofo's! I stopped in at the mancos gym and their hours are 11-4. Who works out at those time periods? Corteezy Sleezy rec center here I come!
My plan
Ok, here is my plan. I'm going to follow the 100 pushups website http://hundredpushups.com/ so in 3 weeks should be able to crank out 100 pushups consecutively. Along with that I am going to aim for cardio traing 3 days a week (running and row machine).
This maybe a girls workout plan to you the rocky mountain Sasquatches... But it'll get this little cupcake built like a brick house by July.

I had a dream that I could run last night. I was running through a field smiling and feeling free and then I woke up weezing with a sore knee. Oh well. In time I'll be running through fields but, meanwhile, I am an arc training fool. Girls look a me and think 'what the fuck is that 6'4, 220 pound man doing on an arc trainer???' Who the fuck is SN8 Digs?
Crushed crazy plates with Big Sexy. It was uncomfortable because all the ladies undressing me with their eyes, but that's what happens with these genes. Also went for a 2.5 mile run. Hurt a lot. But two scotches and a beer for business development helped a little.
Hey Hey Team Whoop Ass. Snowshoed with Beth on Sat. for two hours and then did some mental training. Silent retreat with Regis U. from Sunday afternoon to Monday afternoon. Retreat house was nice. I was able to snow shoe for an hour each day. I'll hit the gym today and get my arc trainer and plates on.

Hey, different exercise this weekend. Lost two more pounds on saturday morning (down six), but backslid by a pound on Sunday, so down five in 5 days. Walked the dogs 4 miles on Saturday. Sunday only got to get exerces vacuuming for a recruiting party we had tonight. Too much junk food today, so fear another weight backslide tomorrow morning. Will make it up this week!

I went skiing for the first time this season for my workout today. Great leg workout, plus I am exhausted. Back at it this week!

Weekends are busy. I squeezed in 50 pushups before bed. Tomorrow I hit the gym again.
