To be honest, I've slacked on cardio this week.... However, I am getting ripped on my pushup plan. I am down a waist size, and my beer gut is shrinking. This week I will concentrate on cardio as well. My waist was squeezing into 36's.... now I am almost comfortable in my 34's. and my shirts are tighter in the right places. I'm looking good.
