Late Night

Hit it last night brother....Shoulders, Legs. climbed to heaven on the stairmaster.

Late Start, but got it Done

Hit the gym this morning with Huck. Did not hit the cardio today but got a good chest, back and leg lift in. Dont know why this blog is so quiet lately. We all have some motivation to get in shape: kayak races, kids, new babies. No excuses get your ass to the gym!

Nooner

Got it done during the lunch hour boys.

That's right, I ate my lunch at the gym by crushing plates with our rhyme master Huck. Now I am back at the grind until I get to meet up the other bad ass front ranger, Banana Hammock to watch the Snuggies and drink some beers.

Todays workout:

  • 20 minutes of Cardio on the the Arc Trainer, Carolinas


  • Up right rows, 30s (Curls), DB Shoulder press, Standing curls, single arm pulldowns, Machine Curls, Triceps machine
