Back at today with Huck. I dont know what that crazy bastard put in his cereal this morning but he had my ass running hills at 6:30 in the morning. It was tough. Then we went in and decided to throw some weights around.
Cardio:
- Hill Sprints in the park
Lift:
- Bench, single arm machine rows, incline, pulley rows, DB flys, squats, leg press, leg extension, leg curls, calf press
Gunna be hurting tomorrow, but got to be back in the gym in the am.
