Rule 127: No Excuses, Play like a Champion

So I met Huck this mornging to crush plates. I was feeling like crap all workout, but got it done...when I got home I puked my guts out. I thought I was going to die.

Either way, this is how we do it:

Cardio:
  • 3 miles on the tred (1 mile of high speed interval)
  • Carolina 200's (which you really regret when you are praying to the porcelain gods...

Lift: Biceps, triceps and shoulders

  • 30s (hi rep light weight curls), shoulder press, upright rows, standing curls, single strap pull downs, machine biceps, machine tricepts.


O, and by the way you guys should have seen Tim slinging game at the gym. This little biscuit came up to him and asked him to spot her. Ladies watch out...the Huck is in the house!!!
