No cardio for me today....sprained right angle to go along with a bum knee. Time to rest the legs for a few days. I did hit me up some plates though:
bench, hammer curls, seated row, rope pull down (tris), front lat DB, side late DB, two arm curls, skull crushers, one arm tri pull down, Rota-tor cuff curls, one arm pull up curls and abs.
Hey CO boys....why don't you come down to Casa de la Fete North Sat night to watch the donkeys beat up on Brady and the NE pansies? beers burgers and a trip to the conference championship?
Hey Bro, I would love to but one of Erin's friends is in town this weekend and Erin made plans for us to go out with them.
