30 minutes arc trainer, dumbell bench, shoulder press, double arm curls, skull crushers, back rows, single arm tri, single arm bi, single arm rotator cuff curls, leg press, calf raisers, 50 crunchers and a piece of ham and chicken pot pie to wrap it all up nice.

    We hit up bench, machine rows, incline, pulley rows, squat,leg extension, leg curls, leg press and calf raises.

    We are all going to be beasts!
