My plan

Ok, here is my plan. I'm going to follow the 100 pushups website http://hundredpushups.com/ so in 3 weeks should be able to crank out 100 pushups consecutively. Along with that I am going to aim for cardio traing 3 days a week (running and row machine).

This maybe a girls workout plan to you the rocky mountain Sasquatches... But it'll get this little cupcake built like a brick house by July.
