Yo, everyone is busy. We all just need to make time. Dad is crushing shit out and he is the busiest man I know! I have found while it is hard to get up early, working out in the AM gets your day going and has you feeling good.
Bottom line is that this is a lifestyle choice boys, dont think about this just for the race, its about our families and being healthy.
