Where is everyone?

Hey guys, just wondering where we all went. Been crushing it this week? I know I have.

Hit the gym with Huck Friday morning as per usual.

Cardio:
  • 30 minutes on the tred (3.5 miles)

Lift: Chest, Back, and legs

  • DB bench, LAT pulldowns, DB Flys, single arm pulley rows, Lunges, single leg extension, single leg curl, single leg press, single calf press, pull-ups

Get at me boys!

  1. I'm on it like double bubble is to the bottom of a shoe in the dirt dirt dirty...just haven't been posting....took a few days off cuz i'm dying of a terrorist style cold that's absolutely whoopin my ass.
