Guess who's Back!!!!!!

Yo, sorry for my absenteeism from our bad ass cause. I was traveling all last week for a conference. But as I dont want to be a hypocrite...No excuses, play like a champion.

But, on the upside, I was back at it his morning throwing weights around with Huck. Crushed it out hard:

Cardio:
  • 2.5 miles on the tred

Lift:

  • Bench, single arm rows, incline bench, pulley rows, Flys, Squats, leg press, leg extension, leg curls, calf lifts.
