Back at it again this morning.

Cardio:
  • 30 minutes on the tred (3.25 miles)

Lift:

  • Beach muscles baby!
  • 30s (curls), shoulder press, seated curls, concentrated bicep curl, skull crushers, rope press downs, pulley bar curls, dip machine, FLUs
