That's right, I ate my lunch at the gym by crushing plates with our rhyme master Huck. Now I am back at the grind until I get to meet up the other bad ass front ranger, Banana Hammock to watch the Snuggies and drink some beers.
Todays workout:
- 20 minutes of Cardio on the the Arc Trainer, Carolinas
- Up right rows, 30s (Curls), DB Shoulder press, Standing curls, single arm pulldowns, Machine Curls, Triceps machine
