I fulfilled my commitment today, did you?

Day 2:

Weigh In: 248.0
  • Ran 2.25 miles
  • Lift: Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders
  • Abs: Just a start to get that "washboard" stomach!

    20 minutes stationary bike
    20 minutes arc trainer
    10 minutes rowing

  4. Lost two pounds today. Did low weight/multiple reps for 10 minutes, cross country ski for 40 minutes and 25 situps! Mom has me on a healthy diet plan, too!
