Hey guys,
I had too much work last night to take time to post. Yesterday AM I was down 2 more pounds (total of 4). Last night did weights, 40 minutes of cross country skiing, 25 situps. I lost two more pounds this morning (total of 6) and tonight only did 24 minutes of cross country ski, weights and 25 situps.

Hey John, I'm impressed with 100 pushups. I could not push this body up 100 times (but will be able to by July!)
