Getting it Done!

Hit the gym this morning and hammered out a good workout.

Cardio:
  • 3.25 mile run with speed intervals

Lift:

  • bench, incline bench, Flys, pulley rows, machine rows, squats, leg press, leg extension, calf lift

  2. My arms were so sore this morning, I could barely lift them up to beush my teeth. Maybe they are just getting too big.
