Rough Morning

Man, it was tough getting up this morning. I was exhasuted, but still made it to the gym and through some plates around with Huck. Sunday I hit the slopes and got a good leg workout in. I was dead after skiing (did the most runs so far this year).

Today:

Cardio:
  • 30 minutes on elliptical
  • Carolina's

Lift:

  • 30s (curls), DB shoulder press, upright rows, standing curls, single arm pull downs, dip machine, triceps machine, machine curls
