Man, it was tough getting up this morning. I was exhasuted, but still made it to the gym and through some plates around with Huck. Sunday I hit the slopes and got a good leg workout in. I was dead after skiing (did the most runs so far this year).
Today:
Cardio:
- 30 minutes on elliptical
- Carolina's
Lift:
- 30s (curls), DB shoulder press, upright rows, standing curls, single arm pull downs, dip machine, triceps machine, machine curls

Plus, all the drinks with The Big for business development didn't help any...
